We do not sell, lend or trade any of your information, including postal and e-mail addresses, phone numbers or anything else you might submit to us when placing an order for merchandise.

SEE products are warranted against defects for 90 days from date of purchase from SE Engineering. Within this period, we will repair it without charge for parts and labor.
Simply mail your sales receipt, a brief explanation and product to SE Engineering.
Warranty does not cover transportation cost. Nor does it cover a product subjected to misuse or accidental damage.

Return Policy

SE Engineering accepts merchandise returns subject to the terms outlined below.

Please contact SE Engineering (530)357-3126 to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning product. See contact information on website for other ways to contact us.

  • All returns must have an RMA number printed on the return-received shipping label.
  • All returns should be made within 30 days of date of order and be accompanied by the original order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Return freight charge must be prepaid. Sorry, C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted.
  • Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and resalable condition.
  • Parts returned due to customer error will be subjected to a 20% restocking charge.
Freight Damage

If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit, it is important to keep the shipping carton, packing material and parts intact. Please contact SE Engineering (530)357-3126 immediately to initiate a claim.
